To discover the town, you’ll have to advance through the story, but once you do, you should be able to capture all of the Unown you want and find every letter of the alphabet. When you enter the town, proceed east to the Solaceon Ruins, which is where Unown spawn. Solaceon Town is the place to go if you want to catch Unown in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
